Standard current supply in Spain is 220 volts using plugs with two round pins. It is normal to see electrical sockets in bathrooms and other areas near water supplies so necessary precaution is advised. Endesa is the national electrical provider in Spain.

For appliances or gadgets with 110V power supply, it is always advisable to use a transformer and/or converters. To check if your appliance will work in Spain, check for any information in the device stating that the appliance will work with 100- 240v of electricity. If you have plans of buying electrical products in Spain to bring back to your country, do the same procedure to check if you need to buy an adapter.
