In Manila, night life will always be found in Malate where bars and restaurants are all over as well as the now revitalized Roxas boulevard, where bars and restaurants have been put up along the famous Manila Bay. Aside from the capital city of Manila, the nearby cities also have become a night-life kernel like Makati.
Makati being the country's financial district, a lot of employees go out to have a coffee, dine in restaurants, hang out with peers or simply relax, especially that Makati has a strict anti-smoking law inside the clubs and restaurants. Makati Commercial Center, Greenbelt, The Fort are some of the most sought-after evening sites.
Quezon City is another fave venue by the locals being somewhat competitive than in Makati. A pretty cool place since smokers do not get fined. Also, bars are so close with that of the other so bar hopping can be really possible. Some of the nice places you can go to in Quezon City are Timog Ave, Eastwood Libis and Cubao.
Aside from that, Subic holds a very promising night-life. Now that Subic has been revived as SBMA (Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority) it also had revived its night-life district and have even made it better. Within SBMA compound a lot of bars and restaurants have made party-life more exciting. From bars, to restos. From disco, live band to acoustic, SBMA definitely have that. Out in the city of Olongapo, the popular among the American Navies, Magsaysay Boulevard still gives a thrilling night-life both for locals and travelers.
Down south like Cebu, is absolutely at par if not better with the night gigs in Manila. It has its own night life district like Ratsky's in Ayala Mall, as well as its newest night life place Vudu, Paseo and a whole lot more...
Hot night-life keeps on happening in Boracay. A lot of bars and restaurants give fun nights to travelers. Some of the most famous spots are Bazzura, Da Mall, Station 2. Although being in Boracay is really pricey.
Davao, being down south of the archipelago does not loose any chance of being rip-roaring at night. It exhibits a dynamic atmosphere since bars and restaurants have also been built within the metropolitan city giving a touch of the metro life at par with Manila.
